Experienced transformation leader
About me
For 20 years, I've transformed how companies operate, bringing structure where there's complexity, connecting teams that work in silos, and building the systems that turn strategy into results. As VP of Digital at Asana, I lead a 37-person global organization across five cities, responsible for digital channels driving annual recurring revenue. I partner directly with the CMO, CRO, and CPO, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align teams around shared business outcomes.
Previously, I spent six years at Salesforce building and scaling the digital strategy function through four progressive leadership roles, ultimately influencing $800M+ in annual marketing pipeline.
Where I honed my craft
I've had the opportunity to learn from and grow with some amazing companies.
What others are saying
Kristi Lundgren
SVP Industry Product Marketing, Salesforce
“It's clear Dani is one of those people whose picture will hang in the work hall of fame. She manages to strike just the right balance of fun with 'get 'er done,' which makes partnering with her even on tough and time-sensitive projects a pleasure. She is gifted at bringing people together, rallying diverse stakeholder opinions into something creative and cohesive.”
Jordan Lassaline
Program Manager, Salesforce
“Dani is without a doubt, the best boss I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is an incredible mentor and advocate who always championed my career at Salesforce. She's also the exact right mix of hands-on when I needed support with a tricky project issue or escalation, but allowed me the space I needed to own my own process and projects."
Lauren Esposito
VP Global Brand Marketing, Salesforce
“Dani is easy to do business with and is able to adapt and pivot in our fast paced environment. She's always calm and collected, even when things go south or there is an executive fire drill. I think her leadership and style of Program Management is something that others on the team could learn from.”
Amy Jacobson
Director of Video Production, Eveo
“By the time I made the move to leave she was reporting to Eveo's CEO and directly involved in critical strategy decisions for the company. Because she is a solid project manager first, Dani was able to take her strategic thinking and build a structure and implementation plan to bring her ideas to fruition. It's rare to work with people who are the full package."
Adam Davis
Creative Director, Comrade
“Dani is a rare find--not just organized, but also creative and strategic. I've had the good fortune of working with her on a number of projects over the past year, and am impressed not just by her ideas, but her agility in turning them into something useful.”
